This is the pattern: campaign launches with acceptable performance, accumulates slow-loading additions over time, delivers progressively worse results, gets attributed to audience fatigue or creative wear-out. The actual cause — a page that’s gotten slower — never gets investigated because there’s no data showing when the change happened.

Catching It Before It Affects Results
